Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first screen you see after signing in. It gives you a snapshot of your organisation today: client and worker numbers, what is scheduled, what needs attention for compliance, and this month’s billing. It also has quick shortcuts to common jobs. Staff Members see a simpler version focused on their own day.

Read your numbers at a glance (Administrator / Provider Admin)

Section titled “Read your numbers at a glance (Administrator / Provider Admin)”
  1. From anywhere, click Dashboard in the sidebar.
  2. The four cards across the top show live counts. Click any card to jump to that area:
    • Active Participants (“Active”): clients with an active status. Opens the Clients list.
    • Workers (“Available”): active workers. Opens Workers.
    • Scheduled Services (“Next 7 days”): upcoming scheduled services. Opens the Scheduler.
    • New Referrals (“Awaiting intake”): new leads waiting to be processed. Opens Leads. This card glows when there is at least one.
  1. Find the Quick Actions section.
  2. Administrators and Provider Admins see Review Referrals, Add Participant, View Roster and NDIS Claiming. They open Leads, the add-client wizard, the Scheduler and Invoicing.
  3. Staff Members see My Schedule, My Timesheets and My Account.
  4. If a module has not been switched on for your site yet, its shortcut opens a “coming soon” page. Click Back to Dashboard to return.
  1. Find the Today’s Overview section. It shows three counters:
    • Services (Scheduled today): services booked for today
    • Completed (Services delivered): services already finished today
    • Requiring Action (Shift changes needed): services that were cancelled or need a change
  2. Staff Members see only their own shifts here. Admins see the whole organisation.

See what needs attention for compliance (Administrator / Provider Admin)

Section titled “See what needs attention for compliance (Administrator / Provider Admin)”
  1. Find the Compliance chart. It counts client documents and worker credentials that are in order. Under the chart you will see how many need attention, how many are awaiting verification, or All clear.
  2. Click the chart (See which clients are missing documents) to open the document worklist and fix them.
  3. Below, the Compliance Alerts list shows each item needing attention:
    • Client documents outstanding: mandatory client documents that are missing, expiring or expired.
    • Worker credentials outstanding: worker credentials that are missing, expiring or expired.
    • Worker certifications expiring: documents expiring within 30 days.
    • Incident reports pending: open incidents awaiting review.
  4. Click an alert to open the matching worklist or incident list.
  5. When there is nothing outstanding it reads No compliance alerts at this time.

Review this month’s billing (Administrator / Provider Admin)

Section titled “Review this month’s billing (Administrator / Provider Admin)”
  1. Find the This Month’s Billing section: Services Delivered (hours), Billable Amount, Claims Submitted and Paid This Month.
  2. These figures come from services and invoices recorded in Cura. Click View Details to open Invoicing.
  • The greeting at the top (“Good morning…”) uses your computer’s clock.
  • The Weekly Activity chart fills in as services are scheduled and delivered. A new organisation will see “No service activity in the last 7 days. Schedule services to populate this view.” until scheduling begins.
  • The numbers update each time you open the page. Refresh the page for the latest figures.
  • A thin loading bar at the top of the screen means the next page is on its way. If your sign-in hiccups briefly, Cura keeps you where you are instead of sending you to the sign-in page.
  • All my stat cards show 0. That is normal for a new organisation. Add clients and workers first. The cards count active records.
  • “Add clients or workers to see compliance” The compliance chart needs at least one active client or worker before it can show a result.
  • I am a Staff Member and can’t see the stat cards or billing. That is by design. Staff Members see Today’s Overview and their own quick actions only.
  • A shortcut opened a “coming soon” page. That module is not switched on for your site yet. Click Back to Dashboard to return.
