Before you write in
Section titled “Before you write in”Most questions are answered in a minute or two here:
- Frequently asked questions covers the questions new teams ask most.
- Each screen has a guide under Using Cura in the sidebar, with a Troubleshooting section at the bottom that quotes the exact on-screen messages.
- What’s new lists recent changes in case a screen looks different from what you remember.
- Use the search box at the top of this site: it searches every page.
Contact support
Section titled “Contact support”Email support@norai.com.au.
We reply during Australian business hours. Urgent issues that stop you rostering, approving or billing are handled first; say urgent in the subject line.
What to include
Section titled “What to include”The more of this you include, the faster we can fix it:
- Your organisation’s name and the email address you sign in with.
- The screen you were on (for example “Scheduler > Timesheets”) and what you clicked.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead, including the exact text of any message on screen.
- A screenshot if you can. On a Mac press Shift, Command and 4; on Windows press the Windows key, Shift and S.
- When it happened, to the nearest few minutes, so we can find it in the logs.
Never put a client’s or worker’s personal details in an email. Refer to them by the first letters of their name or their record number instead.
Requesting a change or a new feature
Section titled “Requesting a change or a new feature”Email the same address with Feature request in the subject. Tell us what you are trying to achieve, not only the button you would like. Requests are reviewed with the product team and you will hear back on what happens next.
Training
Section titled “Training”A 90-minute handover session and a one-page quick reference are available for new teams. See Training: 90-minute session and Training: quick reference.
Security concerns
Section titled “Security concerns”If you believe you have found a security problem, email support@norai.com.au with Security in the subject and do not share the details anywhere else. We treat these as urgent.
