Reports

Reports is the read-only analytics page: revenue, services delivered, finances, staff hours, compliance documents and the Quarterly Financial Report (QFR). The page heading reads Reports with the line “Analytics and reporting dashboard”. Six tabs split it up: Overview, Services, Financial, Staff, Compliance and QFR. The cards across the top show Total Revenue, Services Delivered, Active Staff and Compliance Rate.

“Delivered” always means services that are completed, approved or invoiced. Cancelled, draft, in-progress and upcoming services are never counted as delivered.

  1. Click Reports in the sidebar. The Overview tab opens.
  2. Six cards summarise the organisation: Total Revenue, Outstanding, Services Delivered, Hours Delivered, Active Staff and Active Clients.
  3. The Monthly Revenue chart plots revenue by month. The Compliance Rate dial shows the share of worker compliance records that are current. It reads No data if you have no compliance records yet, instead of showing 100%.
  4. Total Revenue, Outstanding and the overdue figures come from sent invoices. A draft invoice is never counted. They match the figures on the Invoicing page.
  5. Total Revenue also adds NDIS claim lines that myplace has accepted but that are not yet invoiced. When that applies, a note under the figure says how much was added. Rejected claim lines are never counted.
  1. Open the Services tab. The summary line reads like “64 delivered · 136.5 hours · 25 cancelled · 17 scheduled”. The delivered figures match the Overview cards.
  2. The table lists Date, Service Type, Client, Worker, Hours and Status for about the last six months. Cancelled and scheduled services are listed too.
  3. Filter with Filter by service type… or the status buttons, for example Cancelled. Click All to clear. Filtering never changes the summary line or the cards.
  1. Open the Financial tab.
  2. The cards show Total Invoiced, Paid, Outstanding and Overdue.
  3. Invoice Aging groups what is owed by how old it is: Current, 1-30 days, 31-60 days and 61-90+ days.
  4. The table lists Invoice #, Amount, Status, Issue Date and Due Date. Search with Search by invoice number….
  1. Open the Staff tab. The cards show Active Workers and Total Hours.
  2. Total Hours counts delivered services only, so it always equals Hours Delivered on the Overview.
  3. Delivered services with no worker assigned appear as their own Unassigned row, so the rows add up to the card.
  4. The table lists First Name, Last Name, Employment Type, Status and Total Hours. Search with Search workers….
  5. Click Export Staff CSV to download it. The file is named staff-report and has the same five columns.

Export the compliance picture (Compliance tab)

Section titled “Export the compliance picture (Compliance tab)”
  1. Open the Compliance tab.
  2. The cards show Total Docs, Expiring Soon, Expired and Compliance Rate. The Incident Summary counts Total Incidents, SIRS Reportable and Open. SIRS is the Serious Incident Response Scheme for aged care.
  3. The table lists each compliance document with Document, Type, Status and Expiry Date. Statuses are Current, Expiring Soon (within 30 days), Expired and No Expiry. Search with Search documents….
  4. Click Export Compliance CSV to download it. The file is named compliance-report and has the same four columns.

The QFR shows, for each Support at Home participant, how much of their quarterly budget was allocated, claimed and left over.

  1. Open the QFR tab. The Overview cards are replaced by the QFR panel.
  2. Pick the quarter with the arrows either side of the quarter name. Quarters read like 2026-Q2, with the date range underneath. Q1 is January to March, Q2 is April to June, Q3 is July to September and Q4 is October to December.
  3. The cards total the quarter: Total Allocated, Total Claimed, Total Remaining and Carryover.
  4. Participant Breakdown has one row per participant, using their current budget only. If a budget was amended, you see the current version, not the old one. The columns are Participant, MAC ID, Classification, Budget, Claimed, Remaining, Care Mgmt, Carryover, Govt Subsidy and Contribution. Claims made against an earlier version of an amended budget still count in Govt Subsidy, Contribution and Claims Status.
  5. Care Management Pool shows the quarter’s Total Deductions (10%). Claims Status counts claims as Draft, Submitted, Paid and Rejected.
  6. Click Export QFR to download a CSV named for the quarter, for example QFR-2026-Q2. Its columns are Participant, MAC ID, Classification, Quarterly Budget, Claimed, Remaining, Care Management, Carryover, Govt Subsidy and Participant Contribution.

The QFR is built from the Support at Home module: quarterly budgets, claims and care management deductions. Keep those current and the QFR needs no separate data entry. See the Support at Home help page.

  • Reports are visible to Administrators and Provider Admins only.
  • CSV downloads exist on the Staff, Compliance and QFR tabs. The other tabs are on-screen summaries.
  • The Services and Staff figures look back about six months and are capped at 500 services, so they can shift over time. Use the QFR quarter arrows when you need an exact quarter.
  • Delivered figures can change as shifts are approved or future shifts are completed.
  • Total Revenue is not the same as money received. Use Paid on the Financial tab for that.
  • “No revenue data yet” There are no sent invoices in the charted period yet.
  • “No QFR data available.” or “No budgets for this quarter.” There are no Support at Home quarterly budgets for that quarter. Check the quarter arrows, then check the participants’ budgets.
  • “No staff data available” or “No compliance documents found” Nothing matches. Clear the search box.
  • Compliance Rate reads “No data”. There are no worker compliance records yet.
  • Services Delivered is lower than the table. The card counts delivered services only. The table also lists cancelled and scheduled ones.
  • The numbers look out of date. Reports read live data. Reload the page. If a figure still looks wrong, check the source module (Invoicing, Scheduler or Quality).
