Your onboarding link

Before you can be rostered, your employer needs some documents and details from you. They send you a secure link by email, and you do not need a Cura login to use it.

  1. You get an email with a secure link to your onboarding.
  2. Tap the link. It opens a welcome page that says Welcome and your first name.
  3. The page lists What we need from you, with a count such as “0 of 6 done”.
  4. A Have these handy box tells you what to prepare. Typical items are photos or PDFs of your Worker Screening clearance, First Aid and CPR certificates, WWCC, driver’s licence, and your bank, super and TFN details. Your list may differ.
  1. Tap Get started. On a return visit the button says Continue.
  2. Complete each item in turn. After each one, a short screen confirms it is done and moves you on.
  3. Tap Save and come back later at any point. The same link keeps your progress.
  1. Tap Tap to choose files or take a photo.
  2. Choose a file or take a photo. You can add more than one file, for example the front and back of a card.
  3. Fill in the Credential details. These can include a reference number, the issuing body and dates, such as issue and expiry.
  4. Tap Submit.
  5. If you have applied but are still waiting for the result, tick I’ve applied and I’m waiting for the result and enter your application number.
  1. Read the document.
  2. Type your full name to sign.
  3. Tap Agree & sign.
  1. Tap the skip option, I don’t have this right now.
  2. The item stays outstanding on your link. You can add it later.
  3. If it could delay your first shift, the page warns you.

You see a message starting All done with your first name. Your employer then checks your documents. This is usually done within 2 business days.

  1. When you submit a credential, your employer sees it as Awaiting verification.
  2. A person in the office checks it, for example against the official register.
  3. Once they confirm it, it shows as Verified.
  4. When every required item is verified, you can be rostered for shifts.
  5. Until then, any missing or unchecked item that blocks rostering can stop you being given shifts.
  1. A verified credential is marked Expired once its expiry date passes. This happens on its own.
  2. You then count as Not rosterable until it is replaced.
  3. Credentials close to expiry show Expiring soon, so the office can chase you early.
  4. If a document you sent has already expired, it cannot be verified. You will be asked to send a new one.
  1. Gather your documents before you start. Photos taken in good light are easiest to read.
  2. Do the items that block rostering first.
  3. You can finish over several visits. Your progress is saved.
  4. Check expiry dates on your cards before uploading.

The link does not open or says it is no longer valid. Ask the office to send a new link.

I cannot upload a file. Try a photo instead, or a smaller file. If it still fails, tell the office.

I do not have an item. Skip it for now and tell the office when you expect to have it.

I submitted something by mistake. Contact the office. They can ask you to send it again.

My item still says “Awaiting verification”. Verification can take up to 2 business days. If it takes longer, contact the office.

I am not getting shifts. An item may be missing, unchecked or expired. Open your link to see what is outstanding, or ask the office.

Contact the office or your manager at your employer. They can resend your link, answer questions about what is needed and tell you what is still outstanding.
